Step 1

Add some hair using some Easter Straw and the hot glue gun, you may need to cut the ends giving it more of a hair look. After applying a thin layer of hot glue, press the straw down lightly to secure in place, hold for approximately 20 seconds.

Step 2

Glue the feathers on top of the hat or where you prefer to have them! Use the same hot glue method as mentioned in step 1.

Step 3

Place drops of hot glue on the bottom of the coloured eggs and apply to feathers, hold lightly for 20 seconds.

Step 4

Find a home for your little chicks or bunny rabbits and glue them onto the hat.

Step 5

Now it’s time to add some colour to the side and brim of the hat, add your tissue paper, pipe cleaners and spare feathers, straw, eggs, chicks and bunnies.

Step 6

If you would like to make nests for your bunnies and chicks. Use your finger to twirl the pipe cleaner than form a circle, glue into place. Once dry glue your chicks and rabbits into their nest. AND all done! It’s time to enjoy your hat at your next Easter Parade or at home!
